Conditions & Annulation

Terms and Conditions:

Any reservation request must be accompanied by a credit card number with its expiry date and the last 3 digits of the cryptogram on the back of the card. Communicating a credit card number is equivalent to the express acceptance by the cardholder of the payment in full of the booking of the service. The amount of the deposit is equivalent to 50% of the price of the room (of the rooms) for the duration of the stay. The offers and general conditions apply in full on the reservation date in the specified conditions.

Cancellation and / or Modification:

Any cancellation or partial cancellation of a reservation or its modification must be notified in writing by the customer. La Bergerie Pradel reserves the right to cancel the request for modification or cancellation and to apply the following penalties as the case may be.

·       Free Cancellation up to 24 hours of the day of arrival.

o   All year except high season periods.

o   After this period, the total amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card communicated.

·       High Season (June 18 to September 19):

o   Free cancellation up to 30 days of the day of arrival.

o   In case of cancellation in the 29 to 7 days preceding the stay, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be retained as compensation.

o   In case of cancellation 6 days or less prior to the stay, the total amount of the stay will be charged and collected by La Bergerie Pradel, on account of the credit card provided as a guarantee at the time of booking.

If for reasons beyond its control La Bergerie Pradel was physically unable to accommodate people in the room or rooms reserved, La Bergerie Pradel reserves the right to accommodate people in the room or rooms in a similar establishment no extra charge.

For any shortened stay reported during the stay, the stay is due in full.

Not changeable, non-cancellable:
Only in case of cancellation and / or no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be debited from your credit card.However, an exception will be made if the sanitary conditions do not allow any travel.

No presentation:
The entire stay is due and will be charged La Bergerie Pradel on the account of the bank card sent as guarantee at the time of booking.

Arrival departure :

The rooms are available from 3 pm onwards.
Check-out: it is necessary to vacate the rooms not later than 11 am -

The rooms :
The whole of La Bergerie is NOT SMOKING. It is possible to smoke outside in the gardens or on the terrace, in the respect of the other guests. Do not throw a cigarette butt to prevent fires. Ashtrays are available.
